El Loopo can be attached in any place of the equipment, vertically (by the ballistic plate, in a bag or backpack) or horizontally (e.g. under a tactical vest or at belt).
The 40 mm high velcro makes the holder fit practically every belt with inner Velcro. Covering the Velcro with a soft side ensures that it does not cling to the garment and does not damage it. The Velcro assembly extends beyond the elastic tape to prevent El Loopo from unintentionally detaching.
The set includes a piece of a stiff cardboard box which makes it easier to place the tourniquet in the holder.
