Moon Tarp was created by Ticket To The Moon company as a addition to its extensive range of hammocks. When the weather conditions make the hammock or sleeping bag itself insufficient to protect against the weather - the use of Tarp allows you to create a safe shelter. Its low weight and dimensions when folded make it easy to transport.

The tarp is made of strong, lightweight and waterproof nylon with ripstop weave. In combination with the appropriate dimensions and shape, this allows you to create an effective shelter from water, wind or sun - for the hammock, or independently of it.

Eight built-in reinforced mounting points - including four with adjustable buckles - and two pegs included in the kit allow the tarpaulins to be fully adapted to the situation. The transport bag makes it easy to carry the tarpaulin, and provides protection when not in use.

What hammock for field trips?
Hammock is the most used bed in South America and the Caribbean. It came to Europe thanks to Christopher Columbus, who came across this unusual invention during his trips. Why did a hammock in those areas become such a popular form of bed? We can distinguish two issues here. First of all, simplicity - a hammock is a light bed that can be unfolded and folded quickly and easily. All you need to do is find two trees or piles to which we attach our tourist bed.
