Micro-Melt® Maxamet, extremely hard and durable modern American low-friction powder tool steel. Going beyond the parameters of conventional tool steels, similar to sintered carbides, i.e. ultra-hard materials used for machining other steels. This phenomenal steel is manufactured in the USA by Carpenter Technology Corporation.
Compression-Lock - (similar to Liner-Lock) patented by Spyderco (made in the USA) head lock mechanism. Extremely durable, it provides extreme strength and ease of use. On the back of the handle, it protects the knife against unintentional closing. When releasing the lock, the fingers are not in the path of the folding head.
Head - laser cut with modified Clip Point profile, thickness 3.7 mm. Reflective Satin Finish coating (half-matte). The Plain smooth blade has a Full Flat Grind that increases cutting properties and reduces the weight of the knife. The enlarged 14 mm round SpyderHole cut-out (Spyderco patent) allows the knife to be opened also in the glove. The corrugated thumb ramp and the Finger Choil (profiled index finger cut between the handle and the cutting edge) increase the control of the knife.
Handle - covered with non-slip textured, non-slip, dark grey textured linings. Made of G-10 plastic (durable, resistant to high and low temperatures, chemicals) screwed to steel liners using torx screws. The folder is equipped with a screw-on metal clip with the possibility of mounting it in four planes (up/down, right/left) - 4-way clip positions. Enlarged hole (lanyard hole) for pulling a leash or safety line.
Skeleton - reinforced with two steel plates to which the linings are attached. This ensures high strength and low weight of the knife. The whole was screwed with enlarged torx screws that make it easier to twist and unfold the folder.

We use several warehouses, including external ones, so in order to complete an order we sometimes need a few days to bring some products.
