Strike Industries - Sidewinder II BUIS Backup Iron Sights - Red - SI-SIDEWINDERII-RED
Folding Offset Iron Sights Sidewinder II BUIS Backup Iron Sights Red Strike Industries SI-SIDEWINDERII-RED
Sidewinder II from Strike Industries are multifunctional ironsights, designed for use with optical, optoelectronic and reflex sights. In the second version, the strength of the device design has been improved so that it can be used with weapons larger than 5.56 mm caliber, and in hostile environments.
The 45° angle of the sight allows it to be used as a spare when using the optical scope. When the target is too close for the optics to be comfortable, simply flip the weapon and use the full mechanical instruments freely. In addition, if the optoelectronic rifle scope fails, the system allows it to be used as standard type A2 devices.
The construction made of steel and aviation-grade aluminum results in extremely high resistance to scratches and environmental impact. Reinforced construction ensures durability of the instruments, resistance to damage and recoil of weapons using rifle ammunition.
The adjustment is done with a large textured knob, enabling easy operation even with gloves.
It is adapted to the rails in MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny / STANAG 4694 standard and can be mounted using an Allen wrench (included) or a flat-head screwdriver.
