The Ganzo knife sharpener is made of a strong and lightweight polymer and metal, and thanks to the stepless adjustment possibilities it can be easily adapted to the sharpened knife.
The base of the sharpener is a stable, rubber foot, which can be firmly attached to the surface of the table top as a suction cup. Thanks to the permanent fixing, the sharpener maintains a constant sharpening angle and enables precise work. The precision of sharpening is also affected by the wide knife holder, which, when pressed down by the bolt, firmly secures the blade and eliminates unnecessary movements and vibrations.
Ganzo's sharpening system is equipped with four ceramic stones with gradations of 120, 320, 600, 1500, which makes it possible to sharpen each knife very precisely. What is more, the process of changing the sharpening stone is quick and easy thanks to a special mechanism.
The sharpener comes with a practical cover for easy transport and organisation of the sharpening stones, four stones with different gradations, a marker to mark the cutting edge and a cloth to wipe the blade.
