Delta Optical - Binoculars Titanium 8x56 ED - DO-1406
Delta Optical Titanium models belong to the flagship series of binoculars from Delta Optical, covering a wide range of designs, mechanically and optically refined, designed for both day and night observations. From among these models you can easily choose binoculars typical for nature observers, astronomy lovers or hunters. At the same time, it will be extremely competitive with many more widely recognized and more expensive models of binoculars present on the market.
Main advantage of binoculars from the Titanium series are their above-average optical properties. Built-in glass prisms BaK4 and reflective coatings with an efficiency of over 99%, guarantee sharp and bright images with faithful colours. Titanium models are widely praised for their insignificant optical disadvantages such as chromatic aberration, astigmatism or coma.
The Titanium series are robust binoculars in an aluminium housing. They are designed to optimally combine their high optical properties with their small size. The bodies are covered with a rough plastic veneer to ensure a pleasant and comfortable grip. The rubber eyecups and the smoothly functioning focus mechanism, made with due care, increase the comfort of use. All models in the Titanium series are waterproof and filled with nitrogen containing no water vapour, so you can easily observe them even in the rain, without worrying about getting wet or misting from the inside.
Delta Optical Titanium 8x56 ED is an improved version of the Titanium 8x56. Thanks to the presence in the optical system of elements from ED type glass with very low dispersion, which reduce chromatic aberration, the resulting image is free from this disadvantage, bright and sharp even at the edge of the field of view. The presence of elements made of ED type glass will be appreciated, for example, when observing birds, landscape or the Moon. In such situations we will not see unwanted colour artifacts on contrasting borders. Thanks to a very large field of view (7.3 degrees) and better reduction of optical defects such as coma or astigmatism, we can enjoy razor-sharp views of the night sky. The Delta Optical Titanium 8x56 ED, like the other models in this series, is equipped with a tripod mount for extra stability during longer observations.
