Blade - high quality German (ThyssenKrupp) AISI 420 stainless steel combined with VG-10 with the addition of molybdenum, vanadium, silicon and carbon. Blade with a hardness of 57 HRC. Smooth blade (Plain type) was made with a full fat cut (full flat grind), which combined with a slight thickness of the blade provides above-average cutting properties.
